El servicio

Taller 3D es una herramienta web para diseñar piezas imprimibles en 3D (medallas, llaveros, cortantes de galletitas…) y exportarlas en formatos 3MF y STL. Se ofrece tal cual, sin garantía de disponibilidad ininterrumpida ni de resultados de impresión, que dependen de tu impresora, materiales y configuración.

Tu cuenta

Necesitás una cuenta para guardar diseños y exportar archivos. Sos responsable de mantener tus credenciales en privado. Podemos suspender cuentas que abusen del servicio (automatización masiva, intentos de vulnerar la plataforma, contenido ilícito).

Planes

El plan gratuito tiene límites de diseños guardados y de exportaciones mensuales, y no incluye ciertas funciones. El plan premium se obtiene mediante aportes al proyecto o suscripción, según se indique en la aplicación, y está vigente por el período indicado. Los límites vigentes se muestran siempre dentro de la aplicación.

Tus diseños

Los diseños y los archivos exportados son tuyos. Nos otorgás únicamente el permiso técnico necesario para almacenarlos y generarlos. Sos responsable de tener derecho a usar cualquier imagen o emblema que subas.

Quien sube una fuente tipográfica debe contar con los derechos o la licencia que permitan usarla de este modo. Taller 3D no verifica las licencias de las fuentes que se suben: la responsabilidad por ellas es de quien las sube.

Las matrículas son réplicas decorativas: no son documentos, no sirven para circular y no reproducen ningún elemento de seguridad de una matrícula real; usarlas en un vehículo o como si fueran oficiales es tu responsabilidad.

Cada diseño es público o privado, como elijas al lado de Guardar: los nuevos arrancan públicos, salvo que en la configuración elijas que arranquen privados, y los que llevan datos personales arrancan siempre privados. Al hacer público un diseño, permitís que cualquier persona con el enlace lo vea y que quien tenga una cuenta haga una copia y la cambie en su propia cuenta. Compartí solo diseños que tengas derecho a compartir, sin datos personales tuyos ni de otras personas. Podés volver a hacerlo privado cuando quieras; eso no borra las copias que otras personas ya hayan hecho. Podemos hacer privado cualquier diseño público que no cumpla estos términos; en ese caso queda privado hasta que lo revisemos.

The service

Taller 3D is a web tool to design 3D-printable pieces (medals, keychains, cookie cutters…) and export them as 3MF and STL. It is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of print results, which depend on your printer, materials and settings.

Your account

An account is required to save designs and export files. Keep your credentials private. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (bulk automation, attempts to compromise the platform, unlawful content).

Plans

The free plan limits saved designs and monthly exports and excludes some features. The premium plan is obtained through project contributions or a subscription, as indicated in the app, for the stated period. Current limits are always shown inside the app.

Your designs

Your designs and exported files are yours. You grant us only the technical permission needed to store and generate them. You are responsible for having the right to use any artwork you upload.

You must hold the rights or a licence that allow you to use any font you upload in this way. Taller 3D does not check the licences of uploaded fonts: whoever uploads a font is responsible for them.

Licence plates are decorative replicas: they are not documents, not for road use, and reproduce no security element of a real plate; using one on a vehicle or as if it were official is your responsibility.

Each design is public or private, as you choose beside Save: new ones start public unless you choose in the settings that they start private, and those that hold personal details always start private. By making a design public, you allow anyone with its link to see it, and anyone with an account to make a copy and change it in their own account. Only share designs you have the right to share, with no personal details of yours or anyone else's. You can make it private again at any time; that does not remove copies others have already made. We may make private any public design that breaks these terms; it then stays private until we review it.

The fonts that come with Taller 3D are under open licences that allow them in pieces that are sold: the SIL Open Font License 1.1, the Apache License 2.0 or the Ubuntu Font Licence 1.0. Each one, with its licence:
